FCAW Welder

The contract is workshop based and you will be working in a team of Platers and Welders.Our client is currently seeking an experienced FCAW Welder for a short term contract.You must be available to test on Wednesday 19th March to then go straight onto the job once passed.Key Responsibilities : Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) on carbon steelEnsure high-quality welds in compliance with industry standardsWork in a 6G welding position, adhering to safety and operational protocolsCollaborate effectively with the team to achieve project goalsMaintain and troubleshoot welding equipment as necessaryAdhere to project timelines and work schedulesJob Requirements : FCAW experience ideally in marine / oil & gas or other heavy industriesStrong understanding of welding safety procedures and protocolsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent attention to detail and quality assurance skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesIf you are an experienced FCAW Welder in between jobs and available asap we would love to hear from you
