Site Manager

St Mary’s CE Primary School, High Crompton

Salary : £27, 711 - £30, 060 per annum (Grade 4)

Hours : 36 hours 40 mins per week to be worked as a split shift to open and close school with some flexibility to meet the needs of the school.

Contract : Permanent

Start Date : Monday 21st July 2025

This is an exciting opportunity to join our school as a Site Manager.

The Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Site Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to play a key role in ensuring our premises are clean, secure, and well-maintained.

We are looking for a new Site Manager who :

  • is committed to upholding the strong Christian vision and distinctiveness of our school
  • will take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-presented school environment.
  • is highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • has a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site management responsibilities.
  • is a practical problem-solvers with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • is committed to the safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing of children and staff
