Software Support Analyst, Application Support Engineer, ERP, SQL Server, T-SQL, Software Implementation, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Software, Databases, 1st -3rd line, Service Desk, External Client Support – 32K

Our client is a profitable and rapidly expanding Software House. They are seeking a Software Support Analyst / Application Support Engineer to join their busy Software Support team. Full training in the client’s software and formal SQL qualifications & certifications will be provided. Hours are 9-5, Monday – Friday (no shift work – whoop whoop!) The office is based in the Leicestershire area.

The skills needed for this role are :

  • Previous experience of working in an Application Software Support / Customer Support role
  • Experience in call logging and dealing with 1st-3rd Line Software Support issues
  • Experience in working within a similar environment such as Enterprise, CRM, or Financial software.
  • Good SQL Server, T-SQL, the ability to write scripts and interrogate databases
  • Software implementation – remote and onsite
  • Some understanding of how programming works
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
