Pay Rates : 12.44 per hour

We're looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. If you have a passion for preparing tasty food and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu.
Ensure all food is cooked and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef, including roles such as Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef.

Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Effective communication skills and an enthusiasm for food and cooking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
