SEN Tutor

SEMH Tutor needed for 1 : 1 support in Stockton and surrounding areas.

Protocol Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic tutor to provide valuable support to YR6-11 students with  SEMH and SEN  within the Stockton area.

We are looking for candidates who

• Possess a solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum and are ready to plan and deliver personalised tutoring sessions in core subjects.
• You  MUST  be local to the Darlington area as the Tutoring sessions will be face to face (based in students' homes or community libraries).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in educational settings.
• Experience of working with students with SEN needs such as SEMH and Challenging Behaviour.
• Hold a current DBS that is on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
• Write daily reports to track and document student progress and performance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
