Customer Services and Sales Support Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a GB Customer Services Administrator to join our team in our Head office in Nantwich Cheshire.

The role is predominantly inbound phoned based and you will spend your time each day taking enquiries from Genus Sales Staff 70 and Genus customers 30.

You Will

• Assisting and supporting GB Field Sales and Support staff with tablet device help & support providing vital customer information from our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 over the phone
• Liaising closely with GB Customer Accounts Dairy / Beef product Mangers Supply Chain Team & warehouses
• Taking Ownership Handling recording and investigating customer enquiries and complaints through to end by calling / writing to customer with resolution enquiring with appropriate personnel as necessary
• Being responsible for your own sales territory area and completing monthly tasks to deadline.
• Liaising closely with the sales staff / managers & directors within that territory team in order to complete them.
