Electrical Maintenance Engineer

A one-stop-shop that manufactures high precision components for an array of industries across the UK and overseas, is now seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to expand their current team.As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include -Providing electrical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry melting and casting equipment, sand mould machines, conveyor systems, bucket elevators and shot blast machinesAdhering to PPM / TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdownsReading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component levelPLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faultsInstallation and commissioning of new equipment / machinery To be successful in the role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will - Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturingHave an electrical qualification (level 3 or above)Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc) On offer -A basic salary of up to £42KOvertime paid at time + 1 / 3 midweek and Saturday, time + ½ SundayA weekly rotating shift pattern : 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm33 days holiday, including bank holidaysInternal and external trainingCareer progression Based in the West Midlands, this role is commutable from Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Smethwick and all surrounding areasIf you think you could be a good fit for this role, please apply now to start your application!ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
