Salary : £24k with 6 monthly reviewsHolidays : 33 days including Bank HolidaysHours : Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

As a Business & Operations Graduate you will have the opportunity to learn and gain a well-rounded view across all the operational and business areas. You will be exposed to logistics, manufacturing, procurement, marketing, laboratories, HR, finance, sales and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend 6 months in each area learning and building your knowledge, giving you the opportunity to progress your career and grow with the business.

  • You will have a development & training plan for each area of the business and operational areas.
  • Working towards various departmental objectives and targets, with monthly and quarterly reviews

Candidate Requirements :

  • A recent graduate educated to degree level within the last few years
  • Computer literate with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player - ideally someone who can demonstrate this e.g. team activities
  • Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to priorities tasks and to manage your workload
  • A confident individual able to lead a team
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Someone who has natural problem-solving skills
  • Ideally own transport, however, this is not essential
