As a Business & Operations Graduate you will have the opportunity to learn and gain a well-rounded view across all the operational and business areas. You will be exposed to logistics, manufacturing, procurement, marketing, laboratories, HR, finance, sales and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend 6 months in each area learning and building your knowledge, giving you the opportunity to progress your career and grow with the business.
- You will have a development & training plan for each area of the business and operational areas.
- Working towards various departmental objectives and targets, with monthly and quarterly reviews
