This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a structured and nurturing learning environment.  Role Overview :  Position : SEN Teaching Assistant Location :  CamdenInterview Date : Immediate Contract : Full-Time / Permanent Salary : £102 - £115 per day (Dependent on experience)  About You :  Has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated learning needs. Is confident in supporting students with communication challenges, sensory needs, and behaviour management. Can provide one-to-one and small group interventions to enhance learning and social development. Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff. Has a proactive and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students in a specialist setting.  Your Responsibilities :  Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development within a structured ASD provision. Implement tailored learning strategies, including visual aids, sensory techniques, and alternative communication methods. Assist in managing behaviour using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies. Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised support plans. Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.  How to Apply :  To express your interest in this role, please send your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) for more details
