Job title : Marketing Manager

Location : Rye

Salary : 34,000 – 38,000

Hours : Monday–Friday, hours a week, core hours between 10am–12pm, 2pm–4pm

Team : A professional, inspirational, imaginative and passionate events team of 16.

What you'll be doing :

Developing and implementing a marketing plan to drive new business growth.

Supporting sales activities by promoting our expertise and brand.

Producing and publishing tailored content across various platforms.

Monitoring, tracking, and analysing the success of each campaign.

Managing relationships with external collaborators.

Travelling to trade events and client events to create compelling content.

What we're looking for :

Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven experience in developing and executing matrix–driven marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.

Expertise in SEO and writing creative copy.

Ability to produce engaging content in written, audio, and video formats.

Solid understanding of social media best practises and scheduling tools.
