This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal standards.
Responsibilities :
1. Audit Planning and Execution :
- Develop comprehensive audit plans based on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct thorough and objective audits of aviation processes, systems, and documentation.
- Evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Risk Assessment :
Identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance within aviation operations.Collaborate with relevant departments to assess and mitigate identified risks.3. Documentation Review :
Scrutinize and analyse aviation documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Provide recommendations for improvements to documentation processes.4. Continuous Improvement :
Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance audit processes continually.5. Communication :
Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.Communicate audit results to management, relevant departments, and regulatory authorities as required.6. Training and Education :
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.Stay abreast of changes in aviation regulations and disseminate relevant information within the organisation.Requirements : 1. Education :
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.2. Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation auditing.In-depth knowledge of UK aviation regulations and international standards.3. Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.4. Team Collaboration :
