Role : Mechanical EstimatorLocation : LeedsSalary : £60k - £65k per annumContract : Permanent, full time, office basedPackage : 24 days plus 8 holidaysHealthcare PensionDiscount and rewards schemesAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Estimator to join a fantastic team based in Leeds.Projects cover include commercial, leisure, education and the public sector. Your role will require you to create estimates / tenders from mechanical services design drawings (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).Ideally you will be able to work on both design and build and pre designed projects. You will work closely with suppliers / wholesalers to obtain the best prices possible. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of prestigious and high value projects. Values are £500k - £10MKnowledge, Skills, ExperienceYou will be a well experienced in working as a Mechanical Estimator in a building services contractorA track record of winning / securing a variety of projectsExperience on design & build / pre-designed projectsUsed estimating softwareThe ability to plan workload for themselves with others to ensure delivery to client deadlineThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well established M&E contractor.Please apply by sending your CV to (url removed)
