About the role : Senior Architectural Technician You’ll be working on large-scale residential developments for leading housebuilders You will be gaining experience assisting in the preparation of all drawings and documents required for the submission of planning applications You will coordinate information between consultants and make necessary amendments to planning packs to obtain planning permissions Ideally, you will have experience preparing Design and Access Statements / Supporting Statements / planning statements Your attention to detail will be a key factor, enabling you to produce accurate, error free drawing information What’s in it for you?
