We’re on the lookout for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team at Go North East on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in July.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for coordinating online and offline marketing and communication campaigns, both internally and externally.
Your key duties will include :
- Campaign Coordination : Manage marketing and communication campaigns to elevate our brand profile and promote Go North East as a preferred mode of transport.
- Social Media Management : Oversee the day-to-day running of our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Content Creation : Develop high-quality content across multiple channels, including newsletters, leaflets, web content, social media posts, and email marketing.
- Performance Analysis : Evaluate campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements for future strategies.
- Internal Communications : Ensure front-line staff are fully informed of new services, products, and company strategies.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our marketing strategy.
- Event Support : Assist in planning and delivering company events when required.
- Other Duties : Carry out additional tasks as needed, within the scope of the role.
What We’re Looking For :
Marketing Experience : Previous experience in a marketing role, with a solid understanding of online and offline marketing channels.Social Media Expertise : Skilled in managing and growing popular social media platforms.Creative Design Skills : Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud to develop a suite of marketing assets (e.g. graphics, videos).Email Marketing Expertise : Experience of creating and managing targeted email marketing campaigns, with knowledge of best practices for audience engagement and conversion.Organisation : Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Communication : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.Time Management : Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines.Team Player : Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment and meeting demanding targets.Relationship Building : A talent for building strong, positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Tech-Savvy : Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and content management systems.Education : A related degree or equivalent professional training in marketing, communications, or a similar field.Why Join Us?

Salary & Benefits : 27,000 per annum.
