This position assists the Eastern Hemisphere Legal team and Group Legal team, providing support in research and preparing legal documents and advice. The role plays a key part in the provision of legal services accorss the Group and business units.

The Legal team is responsible for all legal, corporate governance and regulatory matters affecting John Wood Group PLC and its subsidiary and joint venture companies globally. Wood’s Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) team need dedicated legal support to assist in the closure and reorganisation of legal entities. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised paralegal to join our legal team to support the LER activities internationally. The paralegal will play a key role in all LER activities requiring legal support.
