A welcoming primary school in Orpington is looking for an experienced and passionate SENCo to join their team in September 2025. The Role :

Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring all students receive the support they need

Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students with additional needs

Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes

Oversee the creation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support interventions

What We’re Looking For :

QTS and SENCo qualification (or willingness to achieve it)!

Strong experience in leading SEN provision and supporting diverse learners

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

A commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential
