Customer Services ExecutiveWitney- £30,000-£32,000Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their company headquarters in Witney.  This position is office based, Monday -Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-4.30.  They are paying a salary of £30,000-£32,000 dependent on experience.  Many of the team have been employees for years and this company believes in progression from within and supporting your career.They are a market leading, manufacturer of swimming pools and associated products within the UK and have strategic partnerships with other key global suppliers. This is a fast-paced team needing someone who has the ability to absorb technical product knowledge, perform well and give gold star customer service.The ideal Customer Service Executive will have excellent communication skills and be a practical thinker who can ask the right questions and solve the clients’ technical issues over the phone.  Knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering would be an advantage. Customer Service Executive tasks to include (but not exclusive)Trouble shoot product issues of a mechanical or technical nature for clients via phoneHandling incoming sales calls, make product recommendations, provide quotes, cross sell and upsell to maximise sales.Follow up warm leads and quotations to covert to salesBuild and maintain relationships with customers and suppliersAttend trade shows where required(Full training will be given) Benefits to include25 days holiday4% Pension SchemeDiscretionary bonusFree on-site parking Meridian Business Support is a recruitment specialist acting on behalf of our client as an Employment Agency for this vacancy.  If you think you might be suitable for this Customer Service Executive position, we would love to speak with you
