Job Overview

The Senior Interior Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the interior vision for the companys prestigious residential developments. This individual will be responsible for leading the interior design process from concept to completion ensuring the highest standards of luxury and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative interior design concepts that align with the overall architectural vision and target market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of interior designers providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of interior design with the building structure.
  • Conduct thorough site visits and space planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings specifications and material selections.
  • Oversee the procurement and installation of interior finishes furnishings and lighting.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest interior design trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in delivering highend residential interior design projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in interior design software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp etc. .
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional spaces.

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
