We are actively looking for a

Senior Compliance Officer

to join a leading housing association based in the South Wales area.

Benefits of the Senior Compliance Officer : Flexible working, predominantly home working, office once every 2 weeks12 months temporary contract (maternity cover)£25-£26 an hour

Responsibilities of the Senior Compliance Officer : To liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required in order to continually target and maintain 100% compliance across all of the Association's compliance areasTo liaise with the Business Improvement team as required to ensure accuracy of compliance dataTo ensure robust and effective processes and procedures are in place to ensure accuracy in relation to all compliance programmes.To ensure that all compliance work is actioned in a timely manner and all appropriate internal processes are adhered to including post work checks

To be successful in the Senior Compliance Officer role you will need : NEBOSH / IOSH qualificationSocial housing experience
