We are recruiting a Head Chef for a luxury country hotel just outside Fort William . The ideal candidate will have rosette-level experience and a proven track record of stability in previous roles. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality kitchen in a stunning rural setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar high-end hotel, gastro pub, or restaurant.
- Background in rosette-level or fine dining kitchens with a strong focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, manage, and develop a kitchen team.
- Strong understanding of GP control, stock management, and kitchen operations .
- Ability to deliver exceptional dishes under pressure while maintaining consistency.
