Accounts Administration AssistantLocation : Plymouth, PL9Hours : 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08 : 30am - 16 : 30pmDuration : 28 / 04 / 25 - 31 / 10 / 2025 with possible extension depending on the needs and requirements of the business.Pay Rate : £12.85 per hourJob Description : Pertemps are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Temporary Administrator to join a busy Commercial Waste team based in Plymouth. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The initial assignment is for 26 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and requirements.Key Responsibilities : - To provide administrative support to the team- Data inputting, raising invoices and goods receipting- Setting up and amending new accounts- Handle correspondence and communication with customers, clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues and queries- Manage and organise financial documents and records- Assist with financial reporting and data entry- Maintaining office supplies and equipmentRequirements : - Previous experience in a financial administration setting is required- Strong organisational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are a detail-oriented professional with a background in financial administration, we would love to hear from you.
