Role : Site Engineer Location : Coleshill Pay Rate : £450 - £500 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella PAYE) SHIFT PATTERNS : From April 25 to Mid May -? 5 / 2 (working Monday to Friday, off on Saturday & Sunday ) day and night alternatively From mid May 25 to 2nd week of July 25 -? 10 / 4 dayshift, 9 / 5 night shift (Working Tuesday to Thursday over weekend, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday off) alternatively REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Setting out on siteProvide setting out and final check with Total Station and Amber system for 2nd lining work and SCL excavation work (controlling the excavation profile and shotcrete spray profile)Project Planning & CoordinationCoordination with Subcontractors : Ensure that subcontractors are provided with the necessary information and materials to carry out their work on time. Liaise between the subcontractors.Supervision & ManagementSite Supervision : Supervise the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and direct labour to ensure compliance with the project schedule, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Site Activities Monitoring : Monitor and report on the progress of work being executed by subcontractors, addressing any delays or issues in real time.Quality Control & AssuranceMaterial and Work Quality Check : Inspect the quality of work performed by subcontractors and ensure that materials are of the required standard and are being used properly.Co...
