Regional Painter and Decorator
The Property team at Advinia Health Care are looking for a Regional Decorator to deliver a full range of painting and decorating services across 13 Care Home sites in Scotland.
Duties / Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of Painting & Decorating whilst working in a Care Home environment.
- Hanging of wallpaper, murals and Muraspec wall coverings.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes & rollers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of paint
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Reporting to the Property team of any needed projects and programmes in all areas.
Skills Required
Work Location : On site across Scotland.
