The programme : As part of our Samsung UK Apprenticeship, you’ll study a 2-year Digital device repair technician (level 3) qualification one day a week whilst learning on the job. You will embark on a series of placements working alongside our expert teams, while making a real contribution to one of the largest technology brands in the world.
The role
You will be working in our Customer Experience mobile team. The Customer Experience team in Samsung UK is responsible for all aspects of support across all products for Consumer Customers and Business Clients.
