Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to work in a 1 year secondment position as the Clinical Lead for the Community Mental Health Team - Recovery and Wellbeing Team Southend.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 or above Senior Clinician to develop their leadership expertise in this specialist area. The post holder will carry responsibility.
The post holder will be responsible and provide effective leadership for the clinical team providing a high quality service as directed by, and in collaboration with, the Clinical Manager.
You will have responsibility for the day to day supervision and management of lower banded staff in line with agreed Trust HR processes. In addition, you will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers and other practitioners within our large multidisciplinary team in delivering service. With support from the Clinical Manager, you will be actively involved in service development with responsibility for ensuring delivery of high quality, recovery focused, appropriately targeted mental health treatment and services which operate in accordance with agreed plans and objectives.
