Site Manager Housing

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Housing Site Manager in the Sheffield area. This role is due to start late March and requires someone with a detailed housing background.The project :

• Crica 45 plots
• apartment block
• commercial unitsExperience required :
• Must have in date and relevant tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Must have detailed housing Site Management background
• Must have some commercial experience
• Must have strong organisational and communication skillsJob duties :
• Manage and coordinate the dayto-day operations
• Organise and manage subcontractors on site
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations
