Nurses new to Diaverum will undergo a comprehensive induction period where they will be trained to deliver the care required with in the clinic. You will be supported by a senior team structure to prioritise nurse development and wellbeing.
Our nurse to patient ratio is 1 : 4 giving you the required time to care for your patients holistically. Our nurses work a range of shifts including earlies, lates, and long days between Monday to Saturday (No Sundays) allowing for a flexible working pattern.
