The Role :   Reservations Agent

The Restaurant :   This is a Support Office role

The Location :   Farringdon

The reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.

    A bit about what you will be doing and what we are looking for :

    We are looking for a talented reservations agent with a positive attitude and a friendly personality to join the team. Someone with a passion for the hospitality industry, full of energy and will proactively contribute to our mission and ongoing success. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities include :

  • Managing day to day reservation bookings and enquiries for multiple sites via phone or email.
  • Processing accurate and timely confirmations.
  • Positively marketing our concept to those that enquire.
  • The reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.
  • You will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager.
  • Skills and attributes :

  • Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential.
  • Knowledge of opentable is a plus, though training will be provided for successful candidates.
