Now Hiring Area Clinical Specialist!

Based out of our Oklahoma City, OK, Support Center, this position is responsible for providing clinical guidance and oversight to the clinical and operational team at each of the communities they are assigned. This includes providing support both informational and direct care demonstration, at times, for the Director of Health and Wellness, and the personal care staff. This position is also responsible for promoting the health and well-being of each resident. This includes reporting observed changes in resident condition or health and alterations in the compliance to State and company policies and procedures.

Pay : 80-100K annual / salary

What we are looking for from you :

  • A sincere passion for working with seniors to provide a safe and healthy home for them to spend their golden years.
  • Established career history as a Director of Health and Wellness or in Senior Living health administration.
  • A desire to create a culture of caring for each employee, resident, and family member.
  • The boring (but very important) stuff :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Nursing or related field preferred.
  • RN, LVN or LPN - State-specific accreditation or license required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Residential or Health Care setting required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks is essential.
  • Must be able to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles, and interests.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
