Are you an organised and proactive Office Manager looking to join a globally recognised interior design studio? We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our London office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for our talented team.
The Role :
As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the studio, responsible for maintaining a well-run workspace, supporting senior leadership, and overseeing administrative tasks. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and pivotal to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient environment
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and IT coordination
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For :
