Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role- Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Installation Engineer Salary- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependant on experience, please advise) Type- Permanent Location- Cornwall   My client works within the renewable energy sector and they are looking to take on an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, on a permanent basis, in the Cornwall area.   The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will ideally have the following attributes :

• HNC / NVQ / C&G qualified or similar in Electrical Engineering or have 18th Edition
• Excellent hands-on servicing or maintenance experience
• Any previous exposure to working with Photovoltaic systems would be preferred
• Be confident in responding to faults
• Have a methodical approach to work
• Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Flexible to travel across the UK for jobs when required
• Flexible to work weekends if needed as part of the role    The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role will involve :
• Carrying out maintenance on renewable energy sites
• Having a problem-solving approach to responding to faults
• Completing job reports as required
• Helping to make improvements on ongoing operation
