Job Title :  Laboratory Technician

Job Type :   Temporary fixed term

Shift Pattern :  Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Job Location :   Hebden Bridge

As a Laboratory Technician you will assist the team in delivering an efficient high quality food allergen and authenticity analysis using ELISA and DNA / protein based methodologies

• Accurately follow laboratory protocols and standard operating procedures for the preparation and extraction of samples for analysis
• Working to strict deadlines to ensure compliance
• Complete all laboratory documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• To assist with sample registration using internal system as and when required
