We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Holbeach Lincolnshire . As part of our vibrant and growing veterinary practice you will provide exceptional veterinary care to animals while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Title : Veterinary Surgeon

Location : Holbeach Lincolnshire

Working Hours : Holbeach is a spacious branch practice located in Holbeach Near Spalding in South Lincolnshire. Approx 30 minutes drive to Peterborough city. Part of the South Linc Vet Group located 40 Minutes from Peterborough and Lincoln and cover our own practices weekend work and various other local practices emergencies. We have a wide range of facilities at the main hospital such as CT Dental Xray DR Xray Endoscopes Class 4 Laser 4 theatres 7 consulting Rooms. Clinical freedom is encouraged. We have a supportive and experienced team of vets and nurses in the group plus a dedicated inpatient vet and having the extra vet on a weekend will aid our patient care.

Salary : Up to 50000 DOE

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine examinations diagnostics and treatments on a variety of animals.
  • Conduct surgical procedures as needed including spaying neutering and other minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care feeding and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient histories treatments and progress.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

  • Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
