Tooling Design Support Engineer - Interior / Exterior Trim

6-month initial contract

Onsite working - Gaydon

Inside IR35, 40 hours per week

  • Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Tooling Design Support Engineer to join their team

Job Description

As Tooling Design Support Engineer, your main responsibilities are :

  • Support a Lead Engineer, in the development of Interior / Exterior Trim tooling library.
  • Working in Catia V6, to develop standard tool designs, led by the client

    • Qualifications / Skills needed

  • Catia V6
  • At least 2 years ofTooling Design Experience, with BIW / Chassis / Interior / Exterior Trim
  • Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, etc.
  • Understanding of Tooling Library Creation (pref.).
  • Client working practices and methods, with Catia V6 (pref.)
