It is essential that the ideal candidate has experience in all sections, including pastry and must be able to work well within a team.The restaurant offers guests a relaxed dining experience by preparing a variety of unique and mouth-watering dishes including a rotating specials menu and the arrival of a unique conference menu.The successful applicant will have previous experience :

• At Sous Chef level preferably in an Hotel
• Ordering and monitoring supplies
• Manage and control food costs
• Experience in all sections of the kitchenAttention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise.
