What we're looking for :
Manager / Director with at least 3+ years in senior hotel management. Ideally
experienced working in a multi-layered stakeholder environment (brand, owners,
management company).
hotel operations, including Rooms, F&B, and Events.
in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
ability to mentor and motivate high-performing teams, ensuring every detail
contributes to the hotel's success.
sound health and safety knowledge and awareness, ensuring the well-being of
