We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivery to join our People, Safety and Culture Team as an Engagement Manager / Communication Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract .

Reporting to the Senior Engagement Manager, the Engagement Manager will support in leading Communications activities across Gist’s channels, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and project our culture and business values. The role is responsible for managing the key messages and delivery of communications through the appropriate channels to inform and engage colleagues, customers and other key groups. They will also support with the management of our social media channels and create communications materials that bring our messages to life to ensure we develop and maintain a strong brand identity.

Role details :

Salary : £45,000 per annum DOE

Hours :  37.5 per week

Working pattern :  Monday to Friday

Location :  Chineham, RG24 8UB – Hybrid
