As we continue our growth into 2025 we are looking to strengthen our team of skilled engineers with the addition of a Fire & Security Service Engineer.

What is the role

As a Service Engineer at Trinity you will be providing maintenance and servicing to our clients fire and security systems. You will be completing the scheduled servicing in a timely and efficient manner adhering to Trinitys highquality standards. You will be working as part of a skilled team of Service Engineers and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience.

The key tasks include the following :

• Carry out all other necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Companys quality standards.
• Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status.
• Liaise with service administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met.
• Work to a planned service and maintenance schedule emergency call out requirements. Issue remedial repairs and minor additions to existing installations in line with service administration guidance.
