Customer Helpline Advisor - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Location : Hybrid (Office in Burton-on-Trent - Mon-Weds in office, Thurs-Sun remote) Salary : £24,000 per annum Contract : 6-Month FTC (May - End of October) Hours : 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm), including weekend coverAre you a proactive, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? SF Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, supportive team as a Customer Helpline Advisor during their busiest season! As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. You'll act as a triage point for inbound calls and emails, resolving issues directly or liaising with suppliers and managers for escalated matters. You'll be joining a warm, collaborative team of 4 full-time and 1 part-time advisors. What You'll Be Doing : Handling high volumes of inbound calls and emails from guests, clients, and partners Logging issues accurately into the system for follow-up by the wider teamResolving queries where possible, or escalating to the appropriate contactsProviding exceptional customer service and support across a variety of concernsWorking flexibly across a rota including weekends and varying shift timesWhat We're Looking For : Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environmentA calm, professional, and empathetic communication styleAbility to think on your feet - no two calls are the same!Confident using systems and logging information accuratelyFlexibility to work a rota across a 7-day week and various shift patternsPerks of the Role : Hybrid working model : Office-based Mon-Wed, remote Thurs-SunAll IT equipment provided (laptop, headset, spare monitor, phone)Friendly, multilingual team environmentPotential for a permanent opportunity based on business needs and performanceIf you're ready to bring your energy, empathy, and problem-solving skills to a role where no two days are the same - we'd love to hear from you!
