We have a fantastic long term opportunity for an FLT driver in the Rothley / Hamilton area.SHIFT4 on 4 off DAYS AND NIGHTS. 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 off, and so on.PAY RATESThe pay rate is £11.59 per hour + 25% shift premium equaling £14.48 per hour. Please note that for the first 2-3 weeks, you will be training and therefore working Monday to Friday on days at a rate of £11.59. As soon as you move onto your 4 on 4 off shift, you will trigger the £14.48 rate.PURPOSETo guarantee the transport of finished good pallets from converting production area to warehouse in compliance with work instructions , safety guideline, product’s safety and ISO 9001 standards.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESKeep all palletizers / out-feed conveyors clear of finished good pallets in a timely manner to prevent any stoppage in converting productionKeep finished good pallets from the end of converting line or production area and move them to the designated warehouseOperate FLT trucks safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectationPerform daily equipment checks and report any faultsMaintain the equipment guaranteeing the daily functioning in line with the work instructionsEnsure all required documentation is accurately completedWork closely and in cooperation with the rest of the Day Services and Shift teams...
