M&E Quantity Surveyor

HDS Consultancy Services is seekig an ambitous M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable and rapidly growing M&E Contractor who operate across Greater London delivering projects in the Commercial Fit Out / New build, life science, and data centre sectors with values ranging from £3m up to £15m+The ideal candiate will have at least 2 / 3 years experience working withing the M&E Contracting sector. On offer will be strong development and management over the the next few years bringing you to a Senior QS level and potentilly future commercial manager setting milestone targets along the path.The Role :

• Preparation, submission and agreement of Interim Applications and Final Accounts.
• Submission and agreement of Variations, Dayworks etc. with the Main Contractor / Client.
• Sub-Contractor Interim Payments including site measure, Payment Notices, Pay Less Notices and Final Accounts.
• Liaising with Contract Managers in the procurement of Sub-Contract packages of work and preparation of Sub-Contract documents.
• Support in monitoring the progress of the Works.
• The preparation and issuing of contractual notices and / or correspondence to Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
• Preparation of cash flows, monthly cost reports and analysis of budgets.
• Preparation of the monthly Commercial Reviews and presentation at the Project Review meetings.
