• Creating friendly and efficient service to our guests, making reservations to a high standard.
• Attention to detail ensuring all information is captured to create memorable stays for our guests.
• Provide information about the hotel to our guests through engaging storytelling.
• Assist with all administrative tasks that are required with the team.
