Are you an experienced Headteacher's PA looking for an immediate temporary role? A highly regarded prep school in Putney is seeking a Headteacher's PA to provide crucial support during a sickness absence. This outstanding school is well-resourced and excellently managed, ensuring a welcoming and efficient working environment.

The Role :

As the Headteacher's PA, you will be responsible for :

Providing high-level administrative support to the Headteacher.

Managing schedules, correspondence, and meetings with efficiency and discretion.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the school office.

Handling confidential information with professionalism.

Liaising with staff, parents, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Headteacher.

The Ideal Candidate :

Experienced PA with a background in a school setting or similar fast-paced environment.

Organised, proactive, and able to hit the ground running.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work with discretion and handle sensitive information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (preferred).
