Junior Finance Business Partner

Our client, a leading and established, FTSE 250 Construction business based in Leicester, is recruiting a Junior Finance Business Partner to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis to partner the commercial and operational teams.

As Junior Finance Business Partner, based within a commutable distance to the Leicester site, you will be responsible for the following :

• Travelling three days per week to responsible sites to partner with internal stakeholders
• Developing relationships and be confident to challenge internal stakeholders
• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
• Producing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary on this
• Budgeting and forecasting for all elements of P&L
• Holding meetings with internal stakeholders to advise on performance and manage costs
