Job Title : Marketing Assistant (Canva, Adobe, Wordpress)Location : DartfordSalary : £22,000 – £29,000 per annum pro-rata, DOEJob type : Permanent, Full-timeOffice Based Role. Monday to Friday. Full time hours 8.45am – 4.45pm.Part Time Hours also available.Stanbridge is a UK-based sluice room expert, specialising in sluice room equipment and design, helping hospitals, nursing homes and care homes to protect patients, residents and staff.We manufacture our range of mechanical bedpan washers / disinfectors, basins, sluices and work surfaces in the UK, and provide a complete range of products to help you keep vulnerable people safe from the threat of infection, and maintain compliance in the sluice room.With 65 years’ experience, we have pioneered the design of modern washer / disinfector machines. We understand the importance of choosing the right waste disposal facilities for your specific needs, and provide expert advice to help you plan, install and maintain fully compliant sluice rooms or dirty utility rooms.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Office team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to analyse market trends effectively.Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management :
  • Create and schedule posts across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
  • Monitor channels for engagement, respond to enquiries and build brand awareness.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends for improvement.
  • Track metrics for social media campaign effectiveness.Content Creation :
  • Write engaging website articles, blog posts, and newsletters with an understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Develop multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics) using available resources including Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager on content strategies and campaigns.
  • Marketing Analytics & Website Management :
  • Compile reports on social media, email marketing, and overall campaign performance.
  • Maintain company website and optimise all marketing avenues for elevating brand awarenessAdministrative Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the office team.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Business Manager.Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, and WordPress advantageous
  • First-rate attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • An understanding of current marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media content.
  • Creative design skills, with an understanding of branding and design principles.Benefits
