Children's Registered Manager

Location : Langworth, Lincoln

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Summary

Tide Partnership is delighted to partner with a leading health and social care provider seeking to expand its operations team by hiring an experienced Children's Registered Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager with expertise in children’s residential care to join an organisation dedicated to enhancing the quality of care for its young service users.

The Role

As the Children's Registered Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the home achieves critical targets, with a focus on maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

  • Collaborating with the care team to safeguard young people at all times.
  • Taking full operational responsibility for the management of the children's home, including oversight of all records and personal files.
  • Leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of individual care plans, working closely with external professionals, agencies, and families.
  • Supporting team development by empowering staff to promote independence both within the residential setting and the broader community.
  • Conducting performance reviews and supervisions with senior members of the care team to ensure consistent growth and development.
  • Assisting the care team in organising engaging, suitable activities, outings, and extended visits for young people.

Job Criteria

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the children’s residential care sector
  • Experience in complex care and learning disabilities (LD) settings
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted and CQC regulations
