Job Summary

Are you seeking a dynamic role that offers diversity and ensures that no 2 days are ever the same? If the answer is yes, we may have the perfect role for you!

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to support in our nurseries across the Ipswich, Stowmarket and Colchester area . This permanant positoin will involve travelling to these areas, so a driving licence is essential . All mileage and fuel will be paid for by Busy Bees.

We welcome both unqualified and qualified Nursery Practitioners. The key requirement is that you have experience working with children and shaping young minds.

About the Benefits

As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary of up to £24, per annum (£12 per hour), plus you will also be entitled to :

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner

As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND / ASL needs.

Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.

Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
