New opportunity not to be missed !  Vantage  are looking for a  Parts Contact Centre Advisor  to join our Brand New team based in  Toyota Leeds . In return you will receive a competitive starting salary  including OTE depending on experience  plus excellent benefits!

This is a full time permanent position working 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. You will receive inbound calls on behalf of our 10 Parts Departments across the group. Your main focus will be inbound Trade Sales with a small element of retail customers, whilst also making outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and re-establishing contact with lapsed Trade customers.

You will be responsible for;

  • Providing pricing information, with the intent to gain customers business and build a strong rapport
  • Ordering the required parts for delivery to the customers local Vantage centre, as agreed with the customer
  • Agreeing payment and delivery schedule of Parts to Trade customers within our delivery area
  • Customer experience is at the centre of everything we do. This is a customer focused role and will involve dealing with our valued customers whilst also liasing with our dealerships to resolve any issues.

    To be successful in this role you will :

  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Be confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Have the ability to build a long lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the product they require
  • Have gained experience in stock ordering in a similar role
