Job DescriptionJob Title : Commercial ElectricianLocation : Liverpool (In Person)Job Type : Full-time, PermanentSalary : £40,000.00 per year + Company Vehicle + Overtime OpportunitiesThe RoleWe’re currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and expanding M&E contractor based in Liverpool for a Commercial Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and testing across a range of commercial projects including offices, healthcare facilities, schools, and retail premises. The role will involve both planned and reactive works, with a focus on delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality installations.This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified electrician seeking local work, job stability, and a chance to be part of a growing team delivering reputable projects across the North West.Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations and upgrades in line with current regulations
• Perform testing, inspection, and fault-finding on commercial systems
• Deliver planned maintenance and reactive call-outs when required
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Work closely with supervisors, clients, and fellow trades
• Maintain accurate records of work, test results, and materials used
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all timesRequirements
• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, AM2, or equivalent)
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified
• City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395 or equivalent for testing & inspection (desirable)
• Proven experience working in commercial environments
• Good knowledge of current BS7671 standards and safe working practices
• Full UK driving licence
• ECS Gold Card (required)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Based within a commutable distance of LiverpoolWhat’s on Offer
