About the Role :

Our client, a leading food manufacturer based in Bridlington, is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to start on a temp-to-perm basis with the potential to be trained up to become a Key Operative within the company.

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the production line. The position offers excellent training and career progression opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist in the production process, ensuring all products meet quality standards.

Monitor and report on production line performance.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Opportunities for training and development to progress into a Key Operative role.

Skills and Experience :

Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
